Soc Trang is a new restaurant from the former owners of Vinh Chau. Compared to their old place this one is much more spacious and newly renovated. The menu is the same as their old Vinh Chau menu and the quality is still the same… excellent. There are several good Vietnamese restaurants in the area now, but this one has the edge. My favorites are the Goi Cuon (summer rolls), Pho Tai (beef soup), Com Ga Dui Nuong (grilled chicken thigh), and Da Chanh (limeade).
