This tiny restaurant at the "X" in Springfield probably has the best and most authentic Vietnamese food in Springfield (although I do tend to go to Bamboo House a lot). Their fresh spring rolls (Goi Cuon) and the peanut sauce are the best. They have several items on their menu, and a few specials not on the menu, that are not available at the other Vietnamese restaurants in the city. For example, they sometimes have Bún riêu, a spicy soup made with ground shrimp and fried tofu; and Bún bò Huế, a mildly spicy soup made with oxtail/beef, pork, shrimp paste and lemon grass. (In those cases I ask for mine without the pig blood gelatin). Open every day except Tuesday.

They have changed ownership at least three times over the years, but their food is still very good. I go for the summer rolls (Goi Cuon), the pho, and the grilled chicken thigh.
