I may not be a connoisseur of Vietnamese cuisine, especially since I can't eat spicy foods, but I have tried a number of things on the menu here. Mostly I stick to the goi cuon (summer rolls wrapped with rice paper), hu tieu my tho (seafood & rice noodle soup), and the bun cha gio tom thit nuong (rice noodles with thin strips of pork, fried spring rolls, and misc. vegees served with fish sauce). The quality may not be as good as in Vietnam or even Boston, but it's not bad. Vietnamese cuisine tends to be much healthier than the usual Chinese food. Many items are spicy. The most popular item is pho (beef soup). Prices are very reasonable. For a break from the usual, try this place.
