It's been a few years since I've eaten here (5 or 6 years?). Almost every time I come here I order the Prime Rib of Beef. Tonight was no different. They have the largest cuts of prime rib I've found at any restaurant around. In fact, they are quite famous for their prime rib. I ordered it medium-rare. In the past I used to order it medium, but it often seemed to end up medium-well. I ordered the regular sized cut, which is enough for two people. The one thing I can say is that it's BIG. However the cut of meat has never been top quality. No matter how little they cook it, it's never as tender as what a good steakhouse serves. It also seems to lack seasoning/flavor. It's still a good piece of meat at a good price, but I think I would prefer a smaller size with better quality.
