Fun In New England is a directory of places to go and things to do in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. Currently the main focus is on the Connecticut River Valley region from Greenfield, MA to Middletown, CT, however the website is constantly expanding to cover all of southern New England. This website strives to be a simple, clear, easy to use site with no annoying advertising, clutter, or confusing page navigation. It also strives to be as accurate and up to date as possible.

Photos are a main feature of this website and it is my goal to have more photos of places than any other travel or entertainment website for New England. All photos are copyright. Photos, maps, and data within this website may be printed for personal noncommercial nonprofit use only. Any other use requires written permission from the website owner.

Website copyright, owned, designed, and maintained by D. Torre of ZingTech Computer Enterprises.

January 2009 Update: I have made some improvements to the website and the database, and I have uploaded a new database for the first time in many months. Hundreds of new places have been added especially state parks and restaurants. Hundreds of restaurants and bars and new photos have been added for Middletown, Hartford, and New Haven, and some from Boston and the Berkshires. I am writing my own reviews for a few places, and better yet, I am starting to add links to external reviews listed by Google. Soon I will add the ability for website users to register and submit their own reviews to FunInNewEngland.com. Technical note: a new page link navigation scheme has been implemented for the details pages. This may cause some older Google links not to function properly.
