A private beach owned by the Spouting Rock Beach Association; It was founded in the 1890s by the rich elite members of Newport society after the common folk had taken over Easton's Beach; It is listed here as closed because it is closed to the public, except for the very eastern end (at the end of the Cliff Walk) which is called Bailey's East Beach but is commonly known as "Reject's Beach"

Public town beach on Block Island Sound; Large parking lot with about 300 spaces (at 41.362733, -71.626067). The parking lot is not right at the beach, so you must walk up Brown Hill Road a little ways. Daily parking fees as of 2015 are $20 per vehicle, weekdays and weekends (cash only)

Public town beach on the Providence River (upper Narragansett Bay) that is part of Conimicut Point Park; The water is polluted, so swimming is not advised; It is used by fishermen and has nice views of the Conimicut Lighthouse

A public/private town beach on Block Island Sound located east of Watch Hill Point and west of Misquamicut Beach; Access is by foot only; There is an access path on Bluff Avenue where it meets Larkin Road; No facilities; No parking; No fees; There is a private pay lot down the hill

An undeveloped 3-mile long barrier beach separating Ninigret Pond from Block Island Sound; Limited parking; no bath house, no snack bar; next to Ninigret Conservation Area; Camping vehicles require Barrier Beach Passes; If walking from the parking lot, the sand is deep and soft, and it's a bit of hike over the dunes to the water

Daily admission $8 per person per day as of 2015; Parking fee (weekdays/wekends) of $10/$15 (cash only); No pets, alcohol, or smoking allowed
