Napatree Point is a narrow spit of land and beach that juts west from Watch Hill towards Connecticut; It is a wildlife conservation area with no roads and no facilities; No fees; Parking is available along Bay Street or at the Watch Hill Yacht Club

Ninigret National Wildlife Refuge

A wildlife refuge administered by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service that was a former navy airport. The main Salt Pond refuge is south-east of Route 1 between Ninigret Park and Ninigret Pond; Access is via the west entrance on Route 1 or by driving through Ninigret Park past the dog park (GPS above); The Kettle Pond Visitor Center is the headquarters, provides information about the Refuge, and has some trails. The Visitor Center is at 50 Bend Road on the north-west side of Route 1. Pets, bicycles, kites, fires, picnicking, and camping are not permitted in either part of the refuge.
