It features the highest single-drop waterfall in Massachusetts. The trail through the woods to the falls is steep and slippery; It's better to drive down the hill to the New York entrance for a much easier nearly flat hike (NY parking lot at 42.11720, -73.50794). Also be careful on the stairs and rocks at the falls as there have been many injuries and deaths here. Some people climb up behind the top of the falls, which is even more dangerous.
